- We will do our best to cancel your order before it is processed or shipped.
- Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
- Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
- If your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
