Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy – For Physical Store Purchases
Please read through this Policy in detail before you make any purchase, return and exchange for your purchases in physical stores.
• Giordano Singapore does not offer refunds for any purchases.
• Product(s) in new & original condition can be returned & exchanged within 30 days (including the date of purchase). Please note that only one-time exchange is allowed per item.
• Original receipt and product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels will be required for return & exchange in store.
• Product(s) purchased from our physical stores can be EXCHANGED at any Giordano Singapore physical store. You are required to top up the price difference for higher-value product.
• Product(s) purchased outside of Singapore is NOT eligible for return & exchange.
• Product(s) purchased from the Atrium Fair and Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Inner wear (such as underwear) and items such as accessories, lifestyle and gifts are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Purchases made using mall vouchers or gift cards are not eligible for refunds. If a novelty is included in your purchase, the novelty must be returned to be eligible for exchange.
• Giordano Singapore reserves the rights to reject any return or exchange that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
• Giordano Singapore reserves the rights to amend this policy at any time.
How to exchange for Physical Store Purchases?
I. Visit any Giordano Singapore physical stores.
II. Bring along your original receipt and product packaging.
III. Only products in their original condition with the product tags still intact will be valid for exchanges.
IV. Talk to one of the friendly staff to request for a product exchange.
a. You can exchange to same product in different size or color.
b. You can exchange to different product with same or higher price value. In exchange for the higher-value product, you are required to top up the price difference.
Exchange Policy – For Online Purchases
• Strictly no return or refund for online purchases made through E-shop, Shopee, Lazada and other online platforms. However, we do allow exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still have their clothing tags intact for any exchange.
• Inner wear (such as underwear) and product(s) such as accessories, lifestyle and gifts are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Product(s) can be exchanged at any Giordano Singapore physical store subject to the availability of colors and sizes. Where a color and/or size is not available at the store you are making the exchange, stock transfer between online stores to physical stores will not be arranged.
• Present your exchange request email when bringing along the product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
• Product(s) purchased outside of Singapore is not eligible for exchange or return.
• All product(s) sold at marked down prices (Clearance Sale) are not eligible for exchange or return.
• Purchases made using e-vouchers or gift cards are not eligible for refunds. If a novelty is included in your purchase, the novelty must be returned to be eligible for refunds.
• Giordano Singapore reserves the rights to reject any return or exchange that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.

How to exchange for Online Purchases?
I. Email onlinesales@giordano.com.sg to request an exchange.
II. Visit any Giordano Singapore physical stores.
III. Present your exchange request email and product packaging.
IV. Only products in their original condition with the product tags still intact will be valid for exchanges.
V. Talk to one of the friendly staff to request for a product exchange.
a. You can exchange to same product in different size or color.
b. You can exchange to different product with same or higher price value. In exchange for the higher-value product, you are required to top up the price difference.
Important Notes for Online Purchases:
1. Online store and physical stores may have different promotion campaigns.
2. Online exclusive products are not eligible for exchange, refund or return.
3. No cash refunds for returned items of higher value than the exchanged item.
4. Refunds are currently not available for online purchases.
5. Please note that only one-time exchange is allowed per item.
