The November Cleaner Fashion Edit

As big fans of our small-but-mighty Sustainability Team, we wanted to take a moment to spotlight the people behind the hard work by asking them to share their favorite consciously crafted pieces every month. Scroll for their November picks.

Leather Lug Chukka

These shoes are made for wide-leg, baggy jeans and changing leaves into early winter walks in the cool, crisp air. They’re substantially chunky, comfortable, and give almost any outfit that final ’90s touch. The leather is deliciously smooth and sourced from an LWG Gold-rated tannery, meaning it meets the highest standards for water, waste, and chemical management. I like to think they are proof that nostalgia can still feel responsibly modern.

Cable Cardigan in Extrafine Merino

It’s chunky knit season and I’m so here for it. This one’s perfect over a white crew tee—or button it to the top and throw on a knit vest for the coziest layering vibe a gal could ask for. Made from 100% extrafine (Non-itchy! Very important!) Merino wool, certified to the Responsible Wool Standard (RWS), it’s as conscious as it is comfortable. RWS ensures wool comes from farms that prioritize animal welfare, protect soil health and biodiversity, and maintain full traceability so we know exactly where it came from.

The EverPuffâ„¢

Our EverPuff™ jacket is made from the past, built to last, and designed for the future. In addition to being our most circular outerwear yet, it’s also perfect for keeping you warm this winter and for many, many years to come. This jacket was intentionally designed with the highest performance and durability in mind, is made from recycled materials (excluding three small metal trims) to minimize its carbon impact, and comes with a lifetime repair warranty—keeping you warmer for longer and extending the life of your precious purchases. And when it's truly at the end of its useful life, we will take it back and responsibly reuse or recycle each material and component for full end-to-end circularity. If that wasn’t enough, she’s also super cute!

The Half-Zip Sweater in Luxe Merino

One of our longest-running and five-star-rated styles, there’s more than one reason why this sweater is a Cult Favorite! Not least of which is that it’s made from RWS-certified extrafine merino wool, ensuring high quality, supply chain transparency, and responsible treatment of the sheep that contributed to this warm and luxurious style. You can dress it up for work (paired with our Washable Silk Button-Down and Tailored Trousers) or fun fall outings (with our Corduroy Wide-Leg Trouser) for a more polished look—or simply feel comfortable, cozy, and warm at home for the cold winter months ahead. This sweater is a true workhorse that will stay in your wardrobe for years to come.

The Way-High® Corduroy Pant

Corduroy season is here—and ours is something special. These pants are one of our best-selling fits, now in fine wale corduroy, the perfect balance of polish and comfort. Made from 98% organic cotton with a touch of elastane, they hold their shape but have the perfect amount of stretch. I love how this fabric feels substantial yet pliant. It’s the kind of luxury that also happens to be better for the planet, using less water and fewer chemicals. Even the most classic materials can evolve responsibly! Styled with our Cropped Crew Top and the Studio Block Heel Boot, it takes on a retro, comfortable fall look that feels effortlessly elevated.

Cashmere Slim Crew

This sweater does what good cashmere should: It softens with time, layers seamlessly, and holds its shape. The kind of piece I reach for without thinking, and feel a little too attached to… Our cashmere embodies luxury with a lighter footprint—it’s GCS-certified and responsibly sourced to prioritize the wellbeing of goats, herding communities, and the land. Each fiber is reinforced for longevity and blended with GRS-certified recycled cashmere, cutting water, energy, and carbon use while giving existing fibers a second life. I love layering it over the Luxe Rib Crew Tee, and for a more elevated look, under the Oversized Blazer in Wool.
